Mike has been fortunate and is extremely grateful to have called Summit County, Colorado his home since 2000. Originally from the Chicago area, Mike became hooked on Summit after his first ski trip to the region as a child. After earning his degree from Colorado State University in 2000, Mike settled in the mountains of Frisco where he has resided ever since.

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Mike began his career in Summit County in 2003 after spending a few years ski-bumming. In 2013, Mike founded First Tracks Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm located in Frisco. Mike's expertise in income-producing investment properties and vacation homes in the ski resort communities of Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain, as well as the charming towns of Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne, has earned him a reputation as a trusted guide within the region.

Mike's ultimate goal is to provide exceptional client service and a local experience that is second to none. As the market and regulations within the high country are continuously evolving, Mike's clients rely on his expertise to help navigate the landscape.
